The attack crosses this distance in 3 frames while the video itself runs at 30 fps, making for a time-frame of 1/10th of a second.
1387.57/(1/10)=13875.7m/s
or about mach 41.
Now, this is far from impressive impressive for a Mega-level Digimon, let alone a Mega from Frontier.
It is impressive, however, that Agunimon casually dodged this very attack right before one-shotting another Mega-level :tomato
In seriousness, though, the human spirits are quite concretely generous grades of hypersonic, considering Beetlemon displays cloud-to-ground lightning attacks in the very same movie, as well as the fact that Agunimon is a bona fide Ultimate-slayer. Not to mention massively hypersonic Kouichi.
