Okay, so after having finished Lost Galaxy I feel that I'm far enough in to do something in the way of tiering. I wasn't really satisfied with the old-ass meta tier list at all. (Battlizer Andros<<<Adam, Tommy, and Jason? This man who has superior firepower to the goddamn AstroMegaship and would nuke Dark Specter himself? Hello?)
So here it is. Note that this is very tentative and it will be updated the farther I get. Also, I didn't include Zords or Monsters of the Week because fuck that noise. Also, Divatox and her crew are basically featless and hypeless, so I left them out.

What I had the most trouble with was Zedd's placement. Rubs me wrong that he'd be so far below MMPR Jason and Green Ranger Tommy. But it's pretty widely recognized that Jason was the second most powerful Ranger in forever Red. That'd place him above Andros who clashed somewhat evenly with Zedd at the beginning of In Space. By Lost Galaxy Andros was able to hang with the Resurrected Psycho Rangers who would trash Zedd.
Granted...the other Space and Galaxy Rangers were also able to hang with the buffed Psycho Rangers :psyduck
So yeah, some help with that would be nice. Do we just say Jason got stronger between MMPR and Wild force and drop Green and White Ranger Tommy down to high tier? Or drop all of them down because it's not necessarily explicit in Forever Red that Jason>Andros?
