I happened upon nearly every Power Rangers series on Netflix, and yeah, I'm rewatching them all
Anyway, we all know the feat.

Rita Reupulsa throws her scepter thing from the moon to Earth in a short period of time near the end of pretty much every goddamn Mighty Morphin' episode.
Of course we can't use perspective time because the footage cuts, but the time-frame is obviously rather short. Indeed, there are instances in which she grows monsters who are literally in the process of dying from the Rangers' attacks. Eye Guy comes to mind.
Lunar distance is 384400km.
Gonna go with an assumed time-frame of 30 seconds considering the death throes thing, as well as just the circumstances surrounding most of those feats. But if anyone wants to contest that, feel free. It's pretty easily sub-relativistic, though.
384400000/30=12813333.33m/s
or about mach 37,686.
You can see when the thing leaves her hand that the velocity of her follow-through is comparable to that of the scepter.
And no, this shouldn't be an outlier. About 45 episodes in I can name maybe two other sub-relativistic feats for Rita and perhaps an FTL one for her magic. Let's not even talk about In Space yet
Interestingly, Rita has almost all of the calc-worthy feats so far
More to come worries
