Gridman's fixer beam creates the planet and fires out into space. As far as I know, creating the planet in this way can't really be quantified, but the speed of the beam can be. We'll need to find the radius of the planet.

R = (h/2) + c^2/(8h)
= (115/2) + 1605^2/(8 X 115)
= 2857.52717 pixels

The radius of the Earth is 6378.1km.

1 pixel = 6378.1km/2857.52717 = 2.23203477km
2.23203477km X 734 = 1638.31352km

Lastly for the timeframe.

Timeframe is 1.02 seconds.

T = 1638.31352km/1.02s
= 1606189.73/340.29
= Mach 4720.06151

Final Results
Gridman's Fixer Beam = Mach 4720.062
