A United Citizens Federation ship blows up a Bug meteor (or at least the UCF claim it's from the Bugs) with two missiles. According to the script, the meteor was a mile (1609.344m) across.
BUG METEOR:

Behold actual pictures of a METEOR, this one a mile across, as it hurtles
past an observation ship.

The Bugs send another meteor our way !

A BRIGHT EXPLOSION in space out beyond the moon.

With a given size, this should be more or less straight forward. Looking at this asteroid chart chart, the smallest asteroid there (Bennu) has a diameter of 250m and a mass of 0.00014 X 10^15kg (140000000000kg). We'll find our mass with inverse-square law.

M2 = (H2/H1)^3*M1
= (1609.344/250)^3*140000000000
= 3.73469092e13kg

With our mass, let's get the KE for blowing it to kingdom come.

228 pixels = 1609.344m
1 pixel = 1609.344m/228 = 7.05852632m
7.05852632m X 384 = 2710.47411m
NfrMvJ9.png
Timeframe is 1.67 seconds.

7.05852632m X 321 = 2265.78695m
7.05852632m X 444 = 3133.98569m

We'll use all those values as our low end, our mid end and our high end.

(Low end)

T = 2265.78695m/1.67s
= 1356.75865m/s

KE = (0.5)mv^2
= (0.5) X 3.73469092e13 X 1356.75865^2
= 3.43739838e19 joules
= 8.215579302103250825 gigatons

Of course, as there are two missiles, we'll half that for the firepower of each individual missile.

E = 3.43739838e19/2
= 1.71869919e19 joules
= 4.1077896510516254125 gigatons

(Mid end)

T = 2710.47411m/1.67s
= 1623.03839m/s

KE = (0.5)mv^2
= (0.5) X 3.73469092e13 X 1623.03839^2
= 4.91906153e19 joules
= 11.756839220841300175 gigatons

E = 4.91906153e19/2
= 2.45953076e19 joules
= 5.8784195984703631055 gigatons

(High end)

T = 3133.98569m/1.67s
= 1876.63814m/s

KE = (0.5)mv^2
= (0.5) X 3.73469092e13 X 1876.63814^2
= 6.57636254e19 joules
= 15.717883699808796294 gigatons

E = 6.57636254e19/2
= 3.28818127e19 joules
= 7.858941849904398147 gigatons

Final Results
UCF ship destroys meteor (low end) = 8.216 gigatons
UCF ship destroys meteor (mid end) = 11.757 gigatons
UCF ship destroys meteor (high end) = 15.718 gigatons
Individual missile yield (low end) = 4.108 gigatons
Individual missile yield (mid end) = 5.878 gigatons
Individual missile yield (high end) = 7.859 gigatons
