Well with the Faeries being the enemies here, this gives them some opportunity to actually get expanded upon in terms of what they actually are within Bayonetta verse, seeing as 3 didn't really give us much.
Wonder if the demon possessing Cheshire is the same demon Cheshire that Viloa has, or if it's Madama Butterfly (limited to that form because she's possessing Cheshire) given she's Cereza's main summon and the one she made the pact with?
It is nice to see Bayonetta take something.
Unlike the Boy of War fans, I wasn't naive enough to think it could pull a surprise win over Elden Ring or Ragnarok
They really going full Shounen anime protagonist with Jin here, Lars even cheering him on.
This would make sense if Tekken 6 did not exist, but it does and are we just going to continue to ignore the fucked up shit that Jin pulled there? I know ultimately he did it for good reasons, but still he's definitely not the squeaky clean protagonist here.
Seeing Jun honestly reminds me of Tekken 4's great Jin ending where he has the chance to kill Kazuya and Heihachi but chose not to because it would continue the cycle of revenge, which was promptly shat on in later games. I suppose they're going with him needing to kill Kaz, but needing to do so for the right reasons, not out of hatred or something like that.
