My response may not have looked the greatest, but I feel I'm under very undue scrutiny.

I think Poyser's approach to me has been dishonest. *Everything* I have done, according to him, from my initial posts, to my subsequent posts, to my responses, has been categorically scummy. I try to explain myself and it's insisted I am full of shit. I have a hard time believing it and think it undermines the case.

Conversely he doesn't need to pretend that he's scum reading me with utmost confidence and everything I've said is scummy.

His problem isn't suspecting me it's that he bites off more than he can chew and instead of mutual exploration of our thoughts or ideas he just says things are "weird" or that I couldn't possibly say/think a certain way for absolutely arbitrary reasons.

Like, it's one thing to come to an early conclusion or tone read. But he acts like he has a case, and he's totally full of shit, and it's a waste of time taking him seriously, frankly. It's more prudent to respond to other people if they think he's onto something.

My irritation comes from this - I asked him what he finds suspect about my opening, he no sold the question, just asks a different one, and he has the reputation where he's just kind of taken in good faith to lead a charge even when the charge is shit.
