Why would scum have these abilities? It’s more plausible to think of me as an indie rather than mafia scum. Saying that I have these abilities as mafia doesn’t make any sense at all.

This seems to more or less be the consensus, so I‘m not sure about you at all tbh. But if you‘re the SK you should probably claim now.

Problem is you haven't proved them. Can give you a night I suppose to get the cop off, but even then there is a high chance of your ability being manipulated. I'll unvote for now though, I am starting to lean towards voting out T-Pein anyway.

What makes Psychic likely a Serial than scum is her asking for protection imo. A Serial probably can‘t kill and protect at the same time and I assume the protection would be limited. But I don‘t see a Town asking for protection when already having a protect. Unless she wanted to get the cop or kill off, but given how suspected she was there‘s no way scum ever kills her as Town, so the only reason she would even protect herself is if she feared a Town Vig which makes me lean more Serial/scum than Town.
