Having played most of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, the game's singleplayer campaign and story and the nice futuristic designs of the starships and the whole conflict between the SDF and the UN seems pretty decent though I know most of the controversy around it when it came out in late 2016 was due to the fact how shit the actual multiplayer modes were
But its legitimately for a singleplayer campaign pretty fun and interesting compared to Advanced Warfare or Black Ops IV

the new samsho is good, far better than strive, in gameplay and all, you need to actual use your brains and not just mashing your hands and face to win a fight
you need to think and form a tactic, it's not just fancy flashy superhuman sword attacks
although
samsho 5 was still the best for it's 2D era, just like accent core plus r for gg
kof 14 was mediocre with some good combos, but sadly, it still wasn't polished enough and most of the designs were bland as well
now
kof 15 look lit, lot's of improvements at all aspects, they even added old 2D moves and techs for several chars, by converting them to 2,5D levels, added new counter and punishment moves too

KOF XV looks awesome, haven't ever played KOF but it might be my first. Just hope they eventually add Mukai since xiv's story brought so many characters back to life
