Athena Klironomia/Zeus Klironomia/Poseidon Klironomia are the only nanomachines to provide direct combat buffs, and the last only works on sea. Mashu had the athena Klironomia (implied the top combat boost short of Zeus) but, Musashi, and Holmes didn't. Nor were either of them at sea, Klironomia only amounts to an increase in magic power, just enough that a stray servant can use their noble phantasm without worrying of disappearing. Zeus Klironomia didn't allow Chiron to stomp the opposition and Chiron was already a top archer by default. Mandricardo reacted to Antares Snipe and swatted it down. Chiron was later having trouble with Achilles and admitted his performance was embarrassing. He was then killed by Mashu and Jason, albeit you can definitely call that PIS since it doesn't really make sense. Mashu didn't even have nanomachines and Jason was nearly dead already.

TLDR: Klironomia don't make servants jump tiers unless you're maxing ZK out. Should just be a standard mana buff for most.

At this point, I fully expect them to believe only Holmes, Musashi and Mash are LS at the rate they are going(Despite Mandricardo being able to take out Antares Snipe kinda destroys that notion and makes them FTL anyway).

most versions of Superman would beat Naruto. If you include his strongest version just for simplicity… Cosmic Armor Superman… Naruto would be obliterated. A high balled Naruto is Solar System level, where CAS is Complex Multiversal possibly even higher.

This is a tough one considering they are both very strong Naruto has much more of arsenal than Superman but Naruto has nothing to harm Superman. A better fight would be almost any Uchiha against him. The only way i see Superman losing is if he fights Shisui or Obito.

Tree he's leaning on, in a dream sequence, doesn't extend beyond existence or any of that nonsense. There's literally nothing supporting that, so i have no clue why he would say that unless he's assuming no one has read that much Animal Man before.

He also placed WH40K as one of the strongest verses in fiction, which leads me to believe that he's probably governed by whatever the mooks around him sprout.
