It's impossible without punishing players and also keeping track of consistent violators. Nonetheless, it's still doable, but getting trolls to abide by rules is no easy feat. We have habitual offenders who use harsh words and slurs, despite it being said countless times and even being explicitly stated in the game thread rules that it is not allowed. Until we hold players accountable for their actions, it will never be consistent.
Difference is those slurs are typically emotional responses- I’m not defending them but they can be rationalised

Not sure if the word "retard" applies to this scenario, as using that term is not justified or a typical response unless used medically and scientifically. Otherwise, I dislike its use as an emotionally charged response. Sometimes, you even get those people who use it freely just because they think it's a cool word, and to be quite honest, it's not.

This is how I envision it:
- living or dead players can react to write-ups and final posts from a player who got lynched/killed/dueled
- dead players are barred from reacting or repping to any actual live play or past posts once their eliminated
- rep messages directed at living players should be banned if posted when dead as it breaks game communication rules

We have no such feature implemented atm, so that's why I'm pouring all of my energy into this Mafioso addon. Otherwise, the only way to accomplish this feat atm is to have a separate user group with "trusted" hosts that can close threads primarily in the section where game threads are held, which I'm not too keen on allowing due to obvious reasons.
