Strangely enough Ultima Weapon isn't a trophy despite it being how you get Cloud's Ultimate Weapon, which you'd think it would be considering.
I'm generally pretty thorough with exploring shit so I'm too worried on that front, but still might need to have a guide open at certain points. Certainly for getting the Barret date, though that I'll probably do on a separate save file since it keeps me from talking to or using the girls and shit like that, and because it only goes to near the end of disc-1 AND because I just wouldn't do it normally.

Tbf you're missing nothing of value not putting Vincent on your teamJust to list a few
Vincent and Yuffie are actually missable.
Ruby and Emerald is also missable bosses.
Odin, Typhone, and Knights of the Round are missable Summon
W Item materia is a missable Materia. One of the most broken materia in the game.
Aerith Final weapon is missable if you didn't get it before she leaves.
The whole Wutai event is missable
Condor battle in the tower minigame is missable if you don't frequently go back to it.
Meeting Zack's Parent is Missable too if you didn't go to that village.

. Dude pretty much got the opposite of Yuffie's treatment by having a shit tier limit break and ultimate weapon. Only Tifa comes close. I probably wouldn't use Vincent in boss fights anyway unless I wanted to be dramatic and put him in against Hojo and If I did, I would use him as a mage or something.

So from the looks and sounds of it, Leviathan's Dominant was sacrificed to create a new Mothercrystal and Ultima is gonna end up influencing whoever it is now into fighting Clive because of course, gotta feed the vessel right?

Now have the ending change based on whether you got Leviathan, with its power making Clive strong enough to contain Ultima's power

Yoshi P straight up stopped the dlc director from answering a question of "is Clive alive?" so make of that what you will.
I'm hoping doing the Leviathan DLC turns Ultima into Ultima+ or some shit (ala Bhunivelze if you got the 14th day in Lightning Returns) and include Leviathan in the part where both Clive and Ultima are drawing on all the Eikons.

They straight up said the Leviathan battle isn't as flashy as the others, focusing more on being challenging (I assume because you are Ifrit and Leviathan is a water elemental Eikon), which makes sense if this is going to be the final bit of DLC we get possibly?
