I actually misread that part, but the first game is only Multiversal and it's not even infinite (the translation I have wrote a hundred billion, but the original Japanese word basically just says "a lot" and the translator added that in afterward)

Doesn't really matter, since it just goes to show what Odin IS capable of, and doesn't feature What If powerups, but an alternate sequence of events, Mephisto even mentions that they've gone back and forth/clashed for ages but Odin never went all out.

Aside that, it's consistent with Odin killing Hela = Death then resurrecting her, even outside of her dimension, killing someone who's partly an embodiment of death isn't to be taken lightly.

There's also Dormammu calling himself equal to Odin and Zeus, which for someone who refuses to admit inferiority to Shuma Gorath, lends more to they're genuine praise rather than Dorm overhyping them or himself since he's already = multiversal+ and it would make no sense for him to downplay himself to finite multiversal skyfathers.

In his classic version anyways, i don't keep up with modern marvel shenanigans or magic bullet shit.
