From what I can recall, he's been MIA as scum before. So for me it's NAI for the most part. I need to see more from him, too. I don't really even know where the dude is

Fuji as scum has a strong sense of obligation. He tries being there for his team or at least make sure his slot is fine (like he did with faking Miller in HP). Him sandbagging like this is not his style as scum. If he can’t play he‘d just sub out.

Like with Lethal if/when he has the time he can put in massive amounts of efforts as either alignment.
I've also seen Psychic give more thought into games before aswell. It's been a while since I've seen her as scum, though. Like Flower stated, she tends to be more avoidant of the thread and less proactive as scum and lays lower than she would as town. It's really dependent on how stacked she is irl.
Aurelian/Fang is 50/50. He vacillatws between not giving a flying fuck and somehow avoids being LHF for the most part or he gets intense and dedicates time to games. More or less depends on how he feels.
Nibel always puts in a good deal of effort as either alignment - Fuji is the same way.
Whicker I don't know.
