In fact my entire case on why Ali was worse today is that they should be able to but looks like they may have chose not to.

you, X, sparkles, and alexis were very tr'd D1. if Ali is scum and they're pretty sure they're gonna die cuz the 2 leaders are sussing them, why not just kill alexis if they're scared of a watch, or openly try to shoot one of the town leaders?
like when mafia is getting POE'd out like this cuz of a huge towncore their best shot is to just shoot among towncore, especially if they're outted already, cuz otherwise in the lategame they have this giant towncore to go up against and they just get POE'd out.
this is why im so confused why Watson is dead and why im so paranoid that we're dealing with red herrings here bc otherwise mafia is just playing to lose here.
but like if a wolf has snuck into the towncore ofc they wouldn't want to shoot in the towncore

I cannot say enough how the biggest piece of evidence in this game of wolf is that a supposed town watcher and tracker both got their shots of D1. Forget four protects, three invests, and whatever the fuck else has been claimed, after D1, we had four claims, a BP, a vig that needed time to get his shot, and a tracker and watcher. Who else is wolf trying to block of not for one of those roles?

The fact that Ali wasn't an insta hammer this day and that there's a world where he makes it to D3, is all the evidence we need to understand why wolves wouldn't want to shoot Alexis.

I think that would specifically apply to Ali bc I don’t think PQ would be “fake BP” as scum.
I don’t think scum would really expect vig to blast the tracker during the night before claimed results either tho tbh lol (tho that’s just what I would be thinking if he was my teammate)

no but still why is watson dead? if ppl are sus of ali then why do u think wolves are trying to save ali at all? why not just bus when defending w!Ali as wolf would mean tying themselves to a sinking ship? why do u think they're evading watcher with what u think is an outted wolf instead of just shooting in the towncore? how are u able to comfortably live with this and just say "oh ali is outed"?

Ali wasn’t “outted” tho. At the start of the day several people weren’t decided between him/Alexis as much.

Watson was town read by the majority except for Sparkles really. It’s not like scum would have shot someone completely random. They shot a second tier town lean. Which scum do a lot if they don’t want to risk failing a kill on the immediate pool or being seen.
