Not sure why Xhominid thinks the Invisible Thing being the Philosopher's Stone is lame.
For one, it's just a (albeit very likely) theory.
And The Invisible Thing being Satan or something like that both wouldn't make a lot of sense and is just over-used in fiction in general.

Also from the quantum physics line its sounds like Kamijou No Touma has something to do with his esper ability which he is was confirmed to have iirc.
KNT could be both his Thelemic True Will manifested and his Esper ability.
Them being mutually exclusive could also make sense though.

In that cause then I don't think KNT is some emanation of Touma's true will. From the little I read of nt22r and this theory it seems that knt was just some sort of ability touma had gaining sentience and form separate than him in order to achieve his desire of being more powerful.
Nothing really to do with slaying demons or purifying gods.
I'm not too sure myself, but that's just how I compartmentalized it in my head/notes to try and make sense of it all.
