Meaning Yorichii effectively can’t kill them. The protag will just respawn the moment Yorichii kills them.

Lol, what can he or any KnY do against a player with jet bikes, futuristic tank, stealth heli, soviet era submarine with guiding missiles and orbital cannon. If anything GTA protag should be the last lol if gameplay takes into account (being immortal with "God" protection and whole arsenal on their person)
