There's no need to ever use Cosmo Memory or All Creation because Doom of the Living and Stardust Ray exists(and Yuffie's Conformer is so broken, it's not like the half damage deal would screw her over).

Really shows they did not even think of how broken Multi-hits are till like Final Fantasy IX and X.

Yeah though they then didn't consider another problem of how broken it is to give a character access to multi-hit overdrives by mixing items which have set damage regardless of stats, on top of a whole host of other shit Rikku can do that no other character can.

Rikku may in fact be the single most broken party member in any Final Fantasy game. :heston

But let's be real here, these games wouldn't be complete without at least some broken shit. :maybe
