TBF movie pennywise is probably fucked, none of the movies ever really delved into the whole universal deity aspects of kings work. You say that he then immediately removes the bombs from their bodies with zero issue despite their "power". Heck his wording from the clip I found is simply "It is beyond my power" Without any further explanation. So he can freely warp things out of there bodies but can't warp them back into humans? Even knowing what we know from later in the series they're mostly remodeled humans?

IDK I only watched the anime and afaik it is never explained in any way why vegito could still fight as a chunk of choclate/how majin buus powers worked (He needed a ton of ki to wake up IIRC). I guess it could be but the weird part is it only partially worked, everyone else became an unmoving chunk of candy, vegito got to keep fighting. Hell when were the differences between ki and magic properly established/explored? Unless it was back in Dragon ball I literally have no memory of it ever being discussed in dbz. The series kinda just goes, theres magic, theres ki, and there are dinosaurs, this is the world deal with it.

I thought that was more just a limitation of the dragon in general rather then specifically resisting reality warping, where it can't affect people stronger then it's creators unless they allowed it? Its presented more as a flaw with the balls. Saying that Im pretty sure that stipulation only exist because the dragon balls kinda wrote the series into a corner when the characters had a dragon radar and reached speeds that let them get the balls in a matter of days... hax in dbz has always been weird, Like the candy ray, it still technically worked on vegito, he could still just fight as a chunk of chocolate. The series has always kinda had the problem that punching things is the ultimate solution, the series really, really doesn't like presenting problems the protags can't punch through with a power boost/new form.

Worth noting she actually could, she had several artifacts that allowed her to increase her flight speed to catch up with him, she just felt no need to as she was technically just making a show of it. Pandora's actor and albedo didn't fight to "win" there only goal was learning more information about their enemies. This is why pandora's actor didn't buff any of his summons/only summoned undead of level seventy variety despite being able to summon level nineties. It was basically one big gaslighting campaign rather then an actual battle. Heck pandora's actors equipment is actuall a spare suit of ainz in that battle, far weaker then his real stat boosting set. Now being fair he's not a terribly written chracter on his own, he's a generic action hero that wants his daughter back...The problem is the world around him and the power set they gave him with the story they wanted to tell. James heller is gifted the same powers as alex mercer...This makes him a defacto man eating abomination against god, he literally eats people to steal their faces, skills and memories. With the occasional snack on other monsters to get stronger. Now short of starving yourself I really can't think of a way to make this powerset "good". At best you might reach a dark nuetral point (only eating criminals/those that "Deserve" it) but they're really designed to be edgy evil powers. His powers fundamentally don't work with the character the writers wanted and the story bends over backwards trying to pretend heller isn't an abomination. Most notably three to four missions in we go on a mission to eat a commander, and...

You know credit where credits due, ainz may be a terrible monster but he doesn't have the generic isekai design.. Heck even among skeletal isekai protags his fucked up proportions/skull makes him stand out.

Does cyber punk have any really good hax/ap feats Im unware of? I never watched edge runners but the universe always seemed pretty grounded feat wise.

I mean if you go with some of the authors statments aren't most of the sword arts in demon slayer literally them just tripping balls...

TBF this is reason to suspect overlords power would still work if you ripped them from their homeverse, mainly that is the backstory of new world, that it was corrupted by the nature of players who were using there powers to establish themselves as god kings. (Its why dragon lords consider them taint/polluters of the world, the world didn't used to have tiered magic/function off the gamey systems) It's all pointless semantics of course cause no vs debate assumes powers dissapear unless the op is specifically noting things to work that way. Like saying "Human ainz" or "Kirito outside the game" Saying that still one of my fav old threads where everyone pointed out ainz was a decrepit thirty year old man living in hell with fake lungs and eating nutrient paste while kirito was a somewhat healthy teenager.

Is genshin impact really that crazy? I only played a couple hours but I never saw anything that seemed impressive. while I agree ainz gets his teeth kicked in by sora/donald/goofy (zeta flare still makes donald the single greatest mage in final fantasy) Lets not pretend he wouldn't have some epic battle for the sake of spectacle. He had an epic boss battle with fucking clayton, Im 99% sure kingdom hearts bases the length of the boss fight off how cool they think the enemy looks.
