You know I actually had an idea for a Isekai story once I came up with it because I wanted to make a character whose motivation was to get back to earth and something different from the highschool loner mcs. Basically the plot was that the main character wasn't a high schooler or a loner living in a basement but a father. He's like a 40s-50s years old salaryman with a nuclear family he loves very much, not that handsome or strong but working a lot to provide for them. When one day a black hole appears in the sky that sucks him up while he's coming back from work. He ends up in another world with the reason why he ended up in the other world was because of an accident, an overzealous teenager casting secret dimensional magic that created a portal between worlds. So no your the chosen one, gotta save the world kinda thing. Of course mc wants to get back home to his family but unfortunately, the portal can't be reopened because said teenager used up all the resources to open...

You know what I wanna see in a isekai? Someone who actually wants to go back to Earth. Its just extremely unrealistic that everyone who gets isekaied are fine with leaving everyone they know. Its one of the reasons why I like Re: Zero, since the sanctuary arc goes over the sadness Subaru feels over not being able to see his parents ever again.

I didn't watch it other than a plot synopsis which kinda feels a bit too "nippon great!" with how the plot is that the roman dude is cribbing off the Japanese.

Problem is that they don't give us the verb. We have to put the verb in the proper tense, sometimes the sentence has an infinitive that makes it known but most of the time I just guess because an imperfect and preterite tense sentence without the verb look the same.

Man, tell me how to know the difference between a sentence with a imperfect and preterite tense.

I'm good at health, English and CLDV. Mainly because for health and CLDV, the exams are online so I can just look the answers...while I'm good at writing essays in general. Calculus and Spanish is fucking me over. It's a combination of laziness and it being all Greek to me.

I would rather do none of these classes but in cuny it's required that you have to do common core classes, like as if doing it in high school isn't enough. And you need to do a bunch of math classes to get into computer science because it's also required.

Unfortunately I have to do good on these exams otherwise I'm pretty sure im failing calculus and Spanish. And I don't wanna spend the summer doing classes. Spanish 102, math(calculus) 120, Health 111, CLDV 100, English 126.
