There is no statement saying that Artemis was firing at full output. Not all Divine Constructs are planet destroyers nor equal the sun. The fact that pulling the strings of the Aegis Eclipse was doing that much damage to Orion's body does in no way correlate to it having planet-level power. Vasavi Shakti is not Anti-World.
