Yeah but he stuck to his word here, saying you will hold it against him in future games is super unfair.

To be fair, if I had been copped I'd be happy with it because if my Godfather passive.

Yeah, I figured, just think his argument was bad science and technically incorrect. If this game is proof of anything, it's not to rely on preconceived notions that might be held (Alco's role demonstrating this to a fault even).

The SK only became an issue for us later in the game as an obstacle against us endgaming, because he had motivation to kill Mafia. Until then we had 0 incentive to help town out by killing him.

Gram had a duel, he used it and voted for himself to win it, then to make sure I hammered OLU and voted him to win the duel, which meant both resolved then.

I was Godfather actually, we had a Lawyer/Framer and used the Lawyer on Imposter the night he got invesitgated.

Even as town, I'd either have to argue you were claiming Doddsy's role or that you bus drove T-Pein and some other role interacted with it or whatever - on the basis of evidence your usage essentially confirmed you as town. So I think, even if I were town, I'd be forced to retire the suspicion. You could argue I'd be more resilient to it, maybe, but in that position I'd probably just go elsewhere either way. The switch to Rugrat from that was intended - I didn't think I'd survive too long, so wanted to make my push on him look a bit slimy. That was probably the worst part of my play I think - I was caught between preparing to be bussed (when my team felt I'd be capable of going deep) and finding ways to stay I the game, which left me nowhere.

Eh, not really interested in this back and forth but, on this point, pushing your lynch after your bus driver claim only served to sabotage my position completely. If scum are bus driving TPein, it would be to kill him, which obviously didn't line up with your usage (which by itself was really clutch, because it stopped me from being false cleared). So after that it was time to go elsewhere and leave you to the kill, if I'd continued to double down I'd just have nothing to argue with. Even though it made me look worse in the thread, it was the right move to make.

Personally, I would argue a good portion of this came from how much time I actually had to play, but I don't really mean to suggest it was luck. What you're saying is ultimately fair, but I think as you presented your arguments it wasn't very compelling, and on top of this you were perhaps assuming too much about what I should follow through with, compared to what I would otherwise.

I think that sums it up fairly, yeah. I liked that we didn't bus each other hard but distanced effectively too, would have been able to get a couple people deep just off the back of that so overall probably a fair result even ignoring inactives and the snafu with Xenos' death etc.

I don't think your arguments were very good either - there was a reason you got votes on you. I suppose you see things differently from your perspective, but I was pretty confident I'd survive after your flip. I was Godfather, too, so being investigated would have false cleared me. The biggest issue with my game was that I was treading water for half of it after that point, because I was both preparing to be bussed while also seeing if I could keep surviving which made for a pretty weird few days. Certainly wasn't anything great from me, but I'm okay with it.

I think the killstop was very strong, yes. Could certainly argue too strong, even. Especially as we had room with the Duel to waste a kill. Also was lucky with the Serials falling apart early on too.

The holistic reasoning regarding a lack of thread wide solving was probably fair, but it would really be in the gaps my arguments must have. To be fair, I didn't really earn that standard this game - I was and am genuinely busy, with Mafia alone to say nothing of other things honestly, so I couldn't put my best showing anyway. I don't think the scum read itself was bad, the points around it though were easily dismissable. I mean, I don't think I have many glaring tells, but I suspect if I were town my slot would be handled in much the same way, so I guess it comes back to "have I gotten scum killed yet".

You were killed because we didn't know your role and your role only, and the risk of you being an investigative role or a blocker and getting Gram was too high.

Think you were missing me actually, but yes otherwise. That said, was a weird game all around. Would rather not focus on bad town play that was definitely there, was a fun team to scum with.

None taken. I thought you were town and hated, was really confused why you claimed hated when we found out you were the traitor last night, but others pointed out it was to signal to us which is fair. GG man.
