The Phantom Menace actually built up the World-Building pretty well and I won't blame Child Anakin for his performance(he was just a fucking kid, the DIALOGUE THOUGH is Lucas's fault) and it was pretty well grounded for itself in a way that definitely felt like the OT but updated. Like you can understand why I think they look similar here: The only difference is that the latter has a coat on in that image but I'm certain this one has some scenes where she has a similar coat on as well.

The biggest problem with the Prequels was the fact that George Lucas didn't have any real people to allow him to get regulated on, especially for the writing(Something he LONG admitted he sucked viciously at). The Prequels themselves are nowhere near as godawful as the Sequel Trilogy and that's me with the most open mind I had when I watched the Movie in the Tag Along with Platinum Dear fucking God, if people somehow like Rise of the Skywalker in 10 years, I would basically say that Cinema is right fucked.

But when the worst thing I can say about Planet Namek is: How the hell did Goku somehow explode to being slightly stronger than Ginyu to atleast 1-10% of Final Form Frieza in a beatdown? How did Piccolo get to 2nd Form Frieza's level by just absorbing Nail who got demolished by Frieza's Weakest Form and Piccolo isn't that much stronger than he was before?(We know at the very least the Nameless Namekian is supposed to be > Frieza but really?) But in comparison to shit like Moro and especially Granolah Arcs, you can continue asking these questions for DAYS. They aren't even on the same tier.

Like the Anime gets alot of deserved shit but holy fucking hell, they usually took away the manga's worst moments every time and atleast tried to make something decent from the shit Toriyama kept giving them at times. If the anime ever comes back, I swear to god they better remove this entire arc, not just this part, just pretend this shit doesn't even exist.
