The hilarious part is how true it is...
Though it's no different than when I got banned and Fate went from atleast decently stronger than people give it credit for with even the Servants to basically everyone believing the strongest Servants is just Mountain level.

Servants were at least mountain level when I was on SB. Now apparently RWBY and KNY chars can beat them 
What have Dispel Bounds specifically resisted in universe again? I know it's got a bunch of shit that it says it can deal with, but that's not really helpful without specific instances/interactions with abilities.
