FYI, Q is so often used for Star Trek debates I didn’t bother with anyone else

For this list, I'll be focusing on characters within the Legends continuity. Now, of course, there will be characters that are in the canon(Palpatine,

How powerful is the entire Q continuum? Don't know much about them.

According to an old profile in the OBD, Q is Multi-star system level+

Apparently they have universal statements, the truth is I saw Star Trek as a child and I didn't see it in its original language (so there may be changes in the translation).
IIRC they live in another extra-dimensional universe presumably created by them and mentions of having created timelines and that they have no origin, they always existed, they are not governed by time, but as far as I remember everything is very vague.
Since I liked the character enough, I decided to watch a couple episodes of Star Trek TNG with him in it (there’s not many)
Aside from the usual “thinking anything he does into existence” stuff, Q’s feats so far include:
-flies massively FTL across space (over 21,000 times FTL)
-can stop time for as long as he likes (effectively infinite time stop)
-can BFR people and teleport himself anywhere within and out of the universe
-can revive people after they’ve died
-can age people
-can create massive-scale forcefields in space
-can grant people his powers as well (he of course still keeps his)
There’s a whole lot more but I listed the ones I found impressive. Mind you, every single thing here is purely casual and effortless. Just one of the Q can do all these things listed
I’m still watching his other appearances so I’ll come back with more updates

I'm going to list what the Bedlam Spirits are capable of.
-Shortly after their birth. One of them, Splendid Ap, was able to use his own powers to transport himself and his siblings across time and space. After doing so, they are transported to the "In-Between" which is described as nowhere and everywhere and is outside of time as well.
-Splendid Ap after moving to the "In-Between" also moved again through the far future. It is also here that he demonstrated to his siblings that they’d traversed through the six states which are past, present, future, matter, space, and nonexistence.
-Typhojem is one of the many children of the Bedlam Spirits. He survived an attack that wiped out the entire existence of Apeiron, so universal scale existence erasure. Apeiron is an entire universe created by Splendid Ap.
-Splendid AP also accidentally, yes accidentally, created a whole universe called Hyperion.
-In response to what Splendid Ap created, Cold Danda Sine, one of the four Bedlam Spirits created Aenir which is an entire universe.
