Best Speedsters in Fiction

Not necessarily just about characters like the Flash (though he certainly counts), but what other characters are there that are considerably faster than others of their level, to the point where threads about them are hard to make without resorting to lolspeed equalized

Zell Dincht from Final Fantasy VIII, his Final Heaven Limit Break shows him running around the world.

Yuri Hyuga from Shadow Hearts, as Seraphic Radiance/Dark Seraphim can make a gala to round trip and fly out of the galaxy in a few seconds.

A Wood Elf level 15 Monk and level 5 Barbarian Path of the Totem Warrior Adventurer from D&D. Their base speed with Elk totem becomes 85ft per 6 seconds. Action dash and Bonus Action Step of the Wind will make their speed 255ft per 6 seconds. If they took the Mobile feat then another +10ft movement, Longstrider spell another +10ft movement with Magic Initiate feat, with Boots of Speed to double speed and Haste spell to double speed again and get another Action. Three Dash actions quadruple their speed. 105 x 2 x 2 x 4 = 1680ft per 6 seconds. With Wind Walk that gives you 300 ft flying speed plus the feats and class features. Boots of Speed only works if you're walking. 355 x 2 x 4 = 2840ft per 6 seconds. Not really that fast compared to what the universe can react and dodge too. But this technically makes them a speedster.

Stallion or anyone with the Godspeed Rune from Suikoden. The Rune gives you the ability to run at super speeds. Stallion was able to outrun the light from the Burning Mirror, the Burning Mirror can gather sunlight and reflect it as a heat beam.

The Running Man from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time gains super speed with the Bunny Hood. He's become so fast that Link can’t beat him in a race no matter how fast he is. Link who can react and reflect laser beams.

Gauss from Warframe can combine his Mach Rush ability with Volt's Speed ability to become the fastest Warframe alive.

Death from Castlevania (and anyone who scales to him). He can kill distance and attack instantaneously as a result. And other Castlevania characters can still somehow dodge that shit .

as far as OP goes, most JoJo characters also fit the bill. Not a ton of city block level settings with FTL characters

Vampires can run across water and run up walls and ceilings.

Toaru for Magic Gods being able to traverse their own Phase which is infinite like the Mages in the scan above.
