God’s Resolution: A The Walking Man has two Command Spells for each Servant participating in the Holy Grail War. He can use them to impose orders or contracts upon other Servants. However, he rarely does so, as he prefers to act on his own will and judgement.

He is a personification of God’s wrath, sent among us to punish the guilty2. He has the power to kill with any weapon or with his bare hands, and nothing in science or magic can stand against him2. He is immune to any mental interference or manipulation, and can resist any attempt to alter his fate or destiny. However, he loses his power should he lose his conviction or walk outside of Heaven’s path2.
Walking in Straight Lines: A+ The Walking Man is called so because he walks in straight, direct lines2. He can ignore any obstacle or barrier in his way, whether physical or metaphysical. He can walk through walls, doors, shields, wards, dimensions, and even conceptual boundaries. He can also sense the location of his target and walk towards it without deviation. However, he cannot change his direction once he starts walking, unless he reaches his destination or encounters something that blocks his path completely.
Eye of Judgement: B The Walking Man can see the true nature and sins of anyone he looks at2. He can discern their alignment, morality, intentions, and secrets. He can also inflict mental damage or fear on those who are guilty or evil by making eye contact with them. However, he cannot see anything other than black and white morality, and has no empathy or compassion for anyone.

This is his last resort, when he decides that the world is beyond redemption and must be cleansed by fire.
