Could be, I know nothing about RWBY so idk if this feat even happened during that time period but I think this is pretty decentIf that's supposed to be the case, that seems stupid considering the Boulder Test explicitly shits on the tree thing as Boulders have far more mass and thickness than a typical tree.

This is the anti-planetary Noble Phantasm Kiara gains after her reincarnation.
Angra Mainyu is the most self-serving heinous Noble Phantasm of them all where Kiara uses the world to masturbate.

In the initial design phase of the game I submitted some paperwork describing this Noble Phantasm. I thought there would be no way that this gets by CERO untouched, but surprisingly enough it did.
I still have no idea how this was able to make it past them.
CCC Kiara: Kiara after absorbing Passionlip, Meltryllis, BB, and AI Sakura, then being transformed into a (false) Boddhisatva by Andersen's NP. Has a bunch of abilities, though the exact details and how many would work outside of info space is beyond my exact knowledge since as far as I know the full route was never translated. Her NP works by drowning people in pleasure, so the determining factor is whether or not she's facing something that has the intelligence required to feel said pleasure, it operates on a planetary scale and doesn't care about if someone is alien or not.
FGO Kiara: Kiara after absorbing Sefar and SERAPH, her real body is a large-scale information space. Has some gravitational powers and the ability to spawn nameless Demon Pillars. She has superboosted charm, and people in her presence need to not find her attractive with any of their senses or they fall under her power and become powerless* then melt into her.
That's literally easier said than done. Even in CCC BEFORE she ascended into her Angra Mainyu form, she was sent an asexual assassin that hated working with or even being with other people... and he STILL ended up being her bitch and ultimately dying for her.Saver is immune because he's attained enlightenment, that doesn't mean that it's the only way. So no, that's a lie to say that part. And yes, Angra Mainyu Kiara is canonically stronger than Beast Kiara, it matters so little in this match as she would effortlessly mop them up anyway in other form. But having it be CCC Kiara is just fucking MEAN.
