On a serious note though, I hate how SB refuses to understand that Gurren Lagann is more than universal because of the word "universe" but when it comes to something like Xeelee they understand universe can contextually mean "everything" or "multiverse" instantly. They're not even hiding their favouritism.

I also made a 30+ pages TES thread but they also ignore that in favour of bullshit (also other good TES threads for most worst TES "respect" thread).

It's weird because it's obvious as hell Gurren Lagann is higher than Universe considering both the TV Show and especially the movie had them pop the Fake Universe like a zit during their major clash.

The final clash between STTGL and the Anti-Spiral ends up destroying and remaking the Multiverse(s) (I'll need to find the screenshots again, but each time it zooms out the galaxies don't match each other up, and are in places that there should have been galaxies visible still if it was all just one universe). Plus the Labyrinth is absolutely legitimate, which the Anti-Spiral controlled, Simon and Team Dai-Gurren warped and the IBBS matched the birth of it. Also apparently the galaxies in the final clash between STTGL and the Neo Granzeboma are meant to be universes, but I've yet to find a hard source on this (just that STTGL is bigger than the universe and the only reference they had to draw was galaxies, so they drew them really small).

There's more multiversal feats, but I think you get the idea. If you want a ted talk on Gurren Lagann, Trigger or TES then I'll be around.
