Kakine Teitoku(Toaru) vs Yhwach(Bleach)

When has Yhwach shown the ability to use the shrifts? This would have come in handy, especially considering he could have just revived himself with the miracle. Because Kakine came back after the Dark Matter Network evolved into creating genuine copies.

The Original Kakine Personality would be gone, maybe the next personality doesn't even want to fight and just surrenders, the point is that regardless of what the next does the battle should end cause the original is effectively unable to fight any longer.

Novel made very clear there’s no way to interact with the Kakine Network through his clones or Dark Matter to try to destroy it, Accelerator already tried it

As for the whole “next personality” thing, their likely taking about Beetle 05 which was a one in a million chance that required several things to even happen:

1) Kakine turning out to have some good buried within him which Beetle 05 embodies

2) Takitsubo, whose AIM Stalker allows her to directly alter other Espers Personal Realties which is what gave rise to the anomaly of Beetle 05. A very specific kind of power Yhwach can hardly be argued to use

3) Kakine not putting any more effort in dispatching Beetle 05 than he did. Man was so obsessed with his rematch with Accelerator, he did nothing more than cut off Beetle 05 from support by his network and sick a few of his creations on him to destroy him

And even than, Kakine isn’t dead. Beetle 05 is only suppressing the original Kakine personality but needs to restrict how much Dark Matter he uses in battle to maintain control. Enough of a distribution would allow the original to resurface, take back the network, and immediately consume him.

Plus, he was brought back through Othinus’ group later on.
