Secondly, Ainz wouldn't pass the Magical Energy Check because Cu Alter was hooked on a Grail when he fought Scathath.
Third and Fourth, Ainz would not surviving going into Gate of Skye nor what he has equipped is equal to not losing Magical Energy.
And finally, Cu Alter knew of Scathath's Gate of Skye, that's why he shat his pants and explicitly attacked her before it could go off:
And "Charge Time" seems real dumb when the problem was more she wanted to drag both him and her in it as she knew she couldn't defeat him conventionally at all and just wanted him out of the way entirely.

Like it's always been dumb as hell and easy to disprove that Servants can't go FTL just by showing them F/SN among other series that uses it(people ignore that even in Extella you have that shit there and CCC ultimately had them go many, many times FTL from various ways once they had the appropriate protection).
But saying that Romulus Quirinus can't go FTL is fucking asinine for so many reasons, chief among them is due to this:
"B-But Xhominid, that only went FTL, so it just went baseline" And I'm the Queen of England. Chaos fires a beam of sunlight stronger than Helios' own Authority(or Machine God equivalent) and despite Musashi and Co. being able to react to Dioscuri just fine, they couldn't even SEE any of what happened here and Romulus Quirinus had to tell them what happened.
He even made a barrier before Ares shielded them with his body to further absorb the blast... but this IS consistent with them believing that Chaos and the Machine Gods somehow can't go massively Faster Than Light because... I don't even fucking know, they have been known on giving bullshit reasons for less.
I also like how they act like Garou can just blitz Zeus out of his shoes(again pretending a fucking Interstellar ship that is meant for... Interstellar Travel and further meant to literally cruise the vast Universe to look for new home life) despite that Zeus literally has Hades Authority as a defense if you so much as fucking TOUCH HIM:
