Kiara doesn't need you in her at all or anything for her main shit to work(Hell, it's ultimately something she had as a "normal" human to the point an assassin was sent after her who was supposed to be her absolute anti-thesis in every way... and he still died trying to save her). He's confusing the fact that Kiara was transforming SE.RA.PH into herself for her main ability to need to work on people when that's not how that works.

Kama's clones are weak and if you kill the main Kama they all go down. The fact that the idea that they're all as good as the original is false is why she lost to a guy with a super-effective katana.

To shorten it, Kama basically hooked it up that she's made the Tokugawa her main way to spread her becoming a Mature Beast, someone close to Yagyu and the Tokugawa that was with Kama had to ensure plans that when he did, he literally became Anti-Tokugawa and became a Muramasa Blade(Because in real life, Tokugawa banned those blades because they was too effective at killing his soldiers). Thus Yagyu being given an Anti-Tokugawa Muramasa Blade, he literally became Kama's Anti-thesis due to her connection to the Tokugawa.
There's a reason the instant she cuts herself off from it, it takes literally repeating how she died against Shiva to kill her off.
