GER is one of the most busted multiversal things out there lmao. Even other hax-filled settings on that level get solo'd by it, just because an ability that boils down to "no" means that you gotta be on some serious, serious bullshit to not get wrecked by it.

That is of course a gross oversimplification of what either of them can do, but sure.
Considering Servants can survive intense heats outside of the levels of the Sun and degrees below -100, it's pretty evident they can take simple Radiation just fine(considering Intense Heat and Cold also attack the Cells just like Radiation), meaning that Cosmic Radiation ain't no fucking picnic whatsoever considering the strongest Deino died just basically getting it in his system.

GER's range is beyond the Magic Gods. Diavolo couldn't even get his shit to work and it explicitly screws with the entire Universe and replaces it with a whole ass difference space and Giorno reverses that despite Diavolo's prediction literally states that Giorno was gonna die to him.

That's not the point. The way it handles its ability pretty much means the only way to get around it is to be way, way above multiversal or to have some sort of hax that could otherwise let you get around something similar. GER doesn't fuck around.

It's as @Flowering Knight stated, GER is not something you can just power through whatsoever. Diavolo's Prediction ability can work when the laws of the Universe and especially Causality literally CANNOT WORK.
And GER still went "no fuck you" through that.
Hell, The World Over Heaven should never have worked against GER due to the sheer nature of how it's powers work and the same for other similar bullshit Stand abilities... and thus, why would GER fail against the Magic Gods? Especially as most of them are featless outside of scaling to Othinus?

Super Perm Banned Modger works outside of time without Giornio's knowledge or input? What evidence? How about idk, the very fight ger shows up in showing it can manipulate time space karma will and life/death?
