The problem with that is that we have to really move heaven and earth in sheer speculation that DK Piccolo in particular can hit that hard and the issue is that outside of the Roshi Moon Busting, DB never reaches that level of scale ever again.
It's not even referenced in any way either. Remember, we go by Feats > Statements and that what really screws him up.

It's way too late. Grimmjow is literally getting gains and is all but stated to get Segunda Epata when we see him again.
Even CFYOW had both Harribel and Neliel(Who both explicitly got gains in the Final Arc) refuse to call themselves "Queens of Heuco Muendo" to avoid a confrontation with Grimmjow.
Even if they are stronger than him together or even individually, that speaks volumes for his gains they don't even want to risk a fight with Grimmjow for any reason.
Ulquirroa is basically dead and is definitely not showing back up in the Hell Arc(as Ichigo didn't stab him with his Zanpaktou so Ulq is dead as fuck) either so ultra rip.
