Nah, Gawain still gets that weak ass scaling somehow despite benefiting the hardest from the overall Fate powercreep from the one that really started it.
Meanwhile, they are all but stating DK Piccolo gets from Master Roshi's Moon busting... when the biggest problem with that is that he gets tired out destroying a City which is why he doesn't get that scaling:

Seems odd to argue Piccolo’s city busting feat was only that potent when we know DB characters constantly fire off attacks way more potent than the actual destruction.

The irony of it is that with how badly they are nerfing Gawain, he would still murder DK Piccolo in a fight due to how weak he actually is once you take away the Roshi Moonbusting Feat(Because every other part of DB tends to completely ignore it, DK exhausts himself destroying a single City even in his Prime and his superior Incarnation can only lifewipe an Island at his strongest).
