At the end of the day though, I'm not wrong at all because that's what happened with The Joker and Batman this whole time.
In order for Batman to pull his weight with the Trinity(Which is only the case because they are the cornerstone of DC), they started amping his intelligence, the funds Gotham Enterprises makes and the shit he has access to make him equal to Wonder Woman and Superman in some fashion. This extended into making him ridiculous whenever he gets his hands on any type of bullshit item(Like the Green Lantern Ring for instance despite Batman's Willpower should canonically be pretty shit) to further that down.

Of course, this then had people say "If Batman is so smart and resourceful, then why can't he deal with a simple clown?" and then writers proceeded to go apopletic and started sucking Joker's dick ultra hard because "tee hee, he's Batman's nemesis so why not?" and they decided to not only make him somehow so unpredictable, telepaths can't read what he can do(and that's if they somehow don't nearly die going into his head these days...) but he's literally a chemical genius AND everyone and their mother somehow fears him, including those beyond his weight class in every possible way because "He's THE JOKER!".
It's why these days there is a growing amount of people tired of both Batman and especially The Joker wank and you even have writers basically shitting on the latter ALOT when it comes to other heroes and beings beyond beings treating him like the joke he should be.

This is the reason why I always believed Batman's true Nemesis should be Ras Al Ghul because it literally makes perfect sense why he would be so resourceful, smart, and legit be seen as a threat by people outside of his weight class like Lex Luthor is... but nah, we need more Joker because people still like him right?

Always did feel like Ras was the one Batman villain that should be his most dangerous as he is both a solid fighter like Batman and the most intelligent while being mostly sane making him more dangerous to deal with compared to the average batch of lunatics batman deals with and the fact his plans on the usual involve some end of the world shit always gave me that impression.

He's arguing neither of those count as 'true time-stop', and are only 'ts-like' abilities which are powered by Ki, and therefore, all that's being resisted and overpowered, is the Ki itself, and not the time-stopping effect.
