I would argue that TCW (2008) isn't a main part of Legends as the Cartoon had again and again violated Legends lore alot. Yes, it is officially stated to be parts of Legends, but you can't just ignore the sheer amount of lore being destroyed by TCW (2008).
Furthermore, to take an example, we do see Samurai Jack, a human without any form of supernatural or technological enhancement actually dodging light.
Fictional human beings are far beyond that of real-life humans.
Except, they do have those feats and even feats that are beyond mere hypersonic. Clones are capable fighting with Droids that can reach lightspeed.

Never mind the fact that (knowledge or not), Stark doesn't have the regenerative abilities to be able to casually sacrifice his ears so as to not get fucked by Rose's Bankai.
I can't even call this Stark wank, it's just the typical Vaizard downplay and desparate attempt to pretend the Espada are much closer to the Nazis (Mask in this case) than they actually are.
They literally point-blank IGNORE Stark's own words to pretend Love and Rose did far worse than they actually did, not to mention the actual feats. Like how it's somehow ridiculous to suggest Rose or Kensei could tag Stark, when Love literally did so in the fight itself.
haAlso Kensei somehow has no feats to suggest he could keep up. Despite him fighting Base Wonderweiss (and making him release), whose feat of blitzing Ukitake most of these idiots take at face value.

Hell, Kensei only lost to an AMPED Mask at that as he was kicking his ass before James gave him a boost too.
