Dude, the fact that Morgan starts in basically Super Hard mode while Ainz starts in Easy mode alone is enough to decide which one is better ruler.

It's like deciding which one is better Simcity player when one has handicaps on their land map while the other one has advantage modifier instead, and the former still doing well despite said handicap

It's primarily because Bellows and Pen are the biggest Overlord wankers I have seen. Not even fans can pretend Ainz is some great ruler when most of the time, he literally gets bailed out by luck or just overpowers people or the other rulers being such shits that Ainz somehow looks better by default.

Like the VS. match is already retardedly fubar(like every time Overlord is ever put into a VS. match) but the ruler shit is 100% a no brainer.

The truly funny part is that if we go by the best interpretation of Garou and Saitama? Congratulations, they get their salads tossed by Top Tier Servants, Divine Spirits and Grand Servants, let alone nonsense like Lostbelt Zeus and U-Olga.

Star level has been in constant reach for any Servant at the level of Divine Spirit and higher and the strongest Divine Spirits easily reach that level too(Our literal best use of Star level is from Quetzalcoatl's Piedra Del Sol which literally has her create a handheld star from condensed Solar Winds and King Hassan cut Tiamat when that attack didn't do dick). It doesn't help FGO and the Tsukihime Remake now tells us Nasuverse Earth is packing unbelievable amounts of energy that it can just shit out if it has the right thing to output it(Like Arcueid or Excalibur) which makes it even funnier(Especially since it's all but stated it created bullshit like the Zhenren, Tiamat, Arcueid and the True Ancestors, etc).

If anything, it just puts them at the best but nowhere near smashing the series like some idiots want to say.
