Nah, even Gajeel at the start of the series already has casual MHS feats of reacting to Laxus lightning, like being able to grab Natsu out of the path of an oncoming sky-to ground lightning strike as its already just a few feet above Natsu

Saying only top tiers are Hypersonic is some disgusting levels of downplay

Not really, a fair amount of fights are won strategically.

Even Natsu has his moments of this, like when fighting Suzaku recently who uses a sword and is too fast for him, he purposefully leads him into a narrow hallway of the invincible labyrinth their both fighting in that restricts both Suzaku’s movements and ability to swing his sword.

Can hardly call anyone actually dumb really

It's just a meme I grabbed from @Claudio Swiss I don't really care where it comes from just the fact that people do see BleachScaling in that fashion and ultimately, how people see Spacebattles as a whole.

There's no point in wasting so much time for people who refuse to see reason and make shit up against concrete evidence vs. what they want to construct. You proved it yourself that people will like things just because it fits what they want to hear, not because it's the truth and thus, what legitimacy they have as a whole? Not much because even Reddit and VSB tends to use them as jokes in short order and Reddit and VSB aren't much better either.
 
For reference, everything single attack shown at the start of the video here would be absolutely lethal, so just one landing would be enough to win.

Lets say this really was a feat of precognition and standing just in the right place, how does it hold up against what is effectively smart tracking magic? Zoltrakk can have its trajectory changed multiple times midflight for all the beams, they could miss and then just turn around and hit him from the side or back. He has but 1 arm, he cannot block omnidirectional smart attacks.

Congratulations, that means he's able to make short term plan. So that's a plus I guess

Still no evidence that suggests they are good at making long term plan like war/strategic tactical planning
