Now of course I'm not saying Zommari ISN'T faster because better Sonido, but unless you want to claim he can BLITZ Harribel (which mind you, they DO because they think Base Grimmjow is faster than her), he ain't blitzing shit.
There is no if, Zommari is way faster than Harribel. In the first place, she has no speed feats and Hitsugaya is slow as fuck.
I love how this is based on nothing but a complete refusal to powerscale speed even when it makes sense to do so.
There's absolutely no reason Harribel would be any slower than R1 Ulquiorra (who damn near blitzed Masked Ichigo) given neither are speedsters and she's his superior outright. Hell we KNOW Ulquiorra's specialty is his regen, which he has because he specifically chose NOT to give it up in favor of more power (implying others like Harribel DID).
So even if you want to say Zommari is faster, prove he can blitz someone who can themselves basically blitz Ulquiorra fight Masked Bankai Ichigo.
Speed ≠ strength. So, no, he obviously wouldn't be.

Which ignores the fact Yammy was able to tag and damage Byakuya where Zommari wasn't.

Even the fact Byakuya has blatantly better speed feats than Soi Fon (despite her being FAR more speed focused in her tool kit than him) should be enough to tell these idiots that ultimately, the stronger person is almost always faster as well. But nah, they want to act like Byakuya's a speedster and not a jack of all trades which is what he actually is.

The only one he can even debatably blitz would be Szayel and Arroneirro.

He doesn't though, his AOE renders the speed difference basically moot and Hundred Flowers one-shots his ass.
No Espada short of Barragan is beating this version of Hitsugaya.
