The fight between him and Mark didn't even level the city iirc
Three months of prep means The Medic can outfit the entire team with Ubercharge hearts.
As long as the team keeps him alive he can make sure at least one of them is basically invincible at all times, plus his healing is good enough that he can make people go from "basically crippled" to "back at full health and energized" in a few seconds.
That's not how that works Mook...With 3 months of prep that part isn't particularly relevant, for him or for other mundane team members like the Black Lagoon crew. Team RWBY can just hand out Dust munitions to anyone who uses guns to give them an instant upgrade to magic weapons.
Uh no? Don't try and suddenly act as if anyone and everyone in RWBY can fight Servants, get that shit out of here.If we're using the visual novel* version of Medea then Team RWBY should very much be able to hold their own against weak Servants.
...That's not why Medea was stated to not "be a fighter". Medea is stated to "not be a fighter" because she is an old fashioned Mage in comparison to the Modern Mages who have to strengthen their bodies to make up for the fact that they aren't walking nuclear bombs like Mages in the Age of The Gods was. Thus, it's why Rin was able to defeat Medea at CLOSE RANGE and even that required taking her by surprise that she was anything more than just an old fashioned Mage that can't do anything once she lost all of her Magecraft.Medea is specifically pointed out as someone who is not actually a fighter, while Team RWBY have tons of combat training and combat experience, in addition to fantastic teamwork. It doesn't matter that Medea could hypothetically blast them from range, in practice she's going to get shredded if she's facing the whole team by herself.
I love now that flying is suddenly not a huge advantage anyone because "These other characters can pseudo-fly" but it's an actual problem for characters who can attack flying characters to... not be able to hit them...Being able to fly isn't particularly noteworthy because Ruby can effectively fly too with her Semblance, maybe not as long but certainly long enough to render Medea's flight worthless. Ruby can also transport the entire team when she's flying. Additionally Weiss can use Glyphs to create midair platforms for both herself and for the entire team, and can Summon her Knight midair and effectively make it teleport by rapidly de-summoning and re-summoning it. Her glyphs can also be used to disrupt Medeas spellcasting such as by pulling a Gilgamesh and shooting projectiles at her from every angle, or by creating gravity fields to fling her around midair. Blake can just yeet herself hundreds of meters in the air with raw leg strength + shadow clone assists and Yang has pseudo-flight via Ember Celica.
And then cue them being reduced to slag because they cannot outspeed the insane beam spam Medea can do and Medea can block attacks from EMIYA's arrows and even outspeed them no problem...Every member of the team can also use ranged attacks to fire back. And they're all agile enough to dodge Medea's beams, and skilled enough with their guns to fire back at Medea while they're dodging. In some cases they can even dodge and shoot back at the same time.
How you can tell someone has never watched and read Fate/Stay Night while stating they have read it...Irrelevant. Mind control in Fate/Stay Night is incredibly weak, even Medea's stronger than usual version.
And I don't even wanna hear people pretend "But Aura though" considering Aura has done nothing remotely similar to Magical Circuits.Resistance (抗魔力, Kō Maryoku?), a power inherent to anyone with Magic Circuits, the capacity to resist spells which aim to control the target by the spiritual medium (those along the lines of sleep, paralysis and coercion).
By circulating magical energy inside one's Magic Circuits, one can reject outside magical energy that tries to invade his/her self. Therefore, it is possible to disrupt a spell before it can complete itself.
A very efficient form of defense, it makes it difficult to affect even lesser magi. Also, those who are not magi but still possess Magic Circuits may unconsciously protect themselves like this. Because of it, most magi use spells capable of physical interference rather than just spiritual ones.
However, what is being rejected is the magical energy, the spell itself is not nullified. A spell that has already been completed and is manifesting its effects cannot be cancelled like this. Medea, however, is an exception. She can disrupt even completed spells due to her absurd amount of magical energy and because the structure of modern magecraft’s spells are far inferior to those of her time.
So let's ignore the many, many, many times where Shirou very much does die against Servants to then pretend that everything else isn't a typical issue within the medium itself then right?* (aka the original story where the power levels fit the urban fantasy aspect of a teenage boy with barely any magic being able to survive more than 1 second against Servants and in which the Holy Grail burning down a few city blocks and killing hundreds of people was a great tragedy and not just the expected result of a Servant so much as farting in public)

Pax is more liberal with disregarding collateral damage than I’d allow, that’s for sure

Pax, I'm being legit honest here. Where was the clarification in this first post of yours? That's not even bad phrasing, that's just not even including it.as funny as that'd be, no that's not what I mean
I mean the collateral itself wasn't that impressive, and I've seen people hype up said collateral as their argument, hence why I was clarifying what feat put him above Escanor
I could've phrased it better, admittedly
He's stronger than Nolan who's zipping around the Flaxan planet left large and fast trails of debris flooding the atmosphere in his wake and Mark's shockwave bouncing off the moon kicked up similar debris while training at the start of season 3Why does Conquest win again?
