By this logic then Servant who is summoned normally and not nerfed like Artoria summoned by Shirou cannot get stronger by Command Spell, when it was canon it can strengthen Servant. I think at some point in F/SN it did state that more magical energy=Servant get stronger. Grail give magical energy, so shouldn't Servant should get stronger universally then? Kriemhild in Traum having 2 Grails is noted to be really strong because of it. Not that they all get the same upgrade just because they get the same grail support, obviously some that have Mana Burst benefits more, but it would still give every Servants more power by simply having grail.

So the only person who has reason is CMDR who is temp banned for whatever reason. Servants don't get "more powerful" when they get a Grail ALONE, depending on their skills, they can get far more output than they do normally(Like Saber Alter and Karna on Grails but that's only their Mana Burst proficiency) but unless it's explicitly something from the Grail itself, Servants cannot get stronger than that alone(This is funnier considering even using Traum isn't correct because Kriemhild taking 2 of those Grails put her at her maximum potential which is unironically just the equivalent of the Spirit Origin Ascension we have seen in FGO so many times with the infinite Magical Energy boost)
And yes, we do know you can use Reinforcement Magecraft on Servants... but it barely matters because Servants can literally use an equivalent superior one due to the nature of their bodies.
