Base Nero made Urizen stand up and take him seriously, where previously a seated Urizen made short work of Dante even when he had the Sparda sword (which he previously used to defeat Mundus and he beat Argosax and Abigail without it).
Did I miss something for DT Nero to scale THAT high? He defeated a tired as shit Vergil and Dante, that doesn't make him above anyone to that degree.

Tired or not, DT Nero still held back Sin DT Dante and Vergil with one hand each. Not to mention their tiredness wasn't preventing Vergil from still using his Sin DT repeatedly so how much they were actually weakened by it is questionable to begin with in this instance. It's not like we're talking DMC3 post-credits scene "can barely stand" Vergil.
To put it bluntly, you can make the case that Nero's still ultimately below the brothers, but anything else is pushing it. The dude would still be a huge threat to a fresh Dante and Vergil at minimum and he'd be absolutely pushing the shit in of any of the final bosses.
Urizen AFTER eating the fruit? Sure, I mean he gave Sin DT Dante wounds he needed to heal before Vergil would fight him again (I'd still argue Nero wins). Mundus, Argosax and Abigail are all getting fucking bodied.
