Don't you just love how Ichigo's blade already being chipped and him severely weakened, matters when we want to say Jugram has no feats BUT when we want to downplay Ichigo, suddenly it's irrelevant?

Like are we supposed to ignore that this same version of Ichigo in Base reacted to and damaged Tenjiro's hand by just blocking it? That being without Blut and the same guy who went on to handily one-shot Haschwalth using only his Shikai.
 

This assumes that the Huntsmen find themselves in a pitched battle in which a bunch of military forces have already been deployed to fire said ATGMs.

Huntsmen can easily spread out and blend into civilian populations in plainclothes and don't need to carry anything suspicious like weapons because they can make vegetables strong enough to shatter stone. Huntsmen can also likely escape if they notice a bunch of pursuers/forces gathering because of how fast and agile they are.

If a large military force needs to be deployed in response to each individual sighting of a Huntsmen, especially in populated areas, it becomes impractical to get them all.

Granted, a significant obstacle for Huntsmen trying to launch decapitation strikes is knowledge of where important people and facilities are. Though, the fact that they seemingly speak and read English might help with that.

there are people irl roided the fuck up that look disturbing, just not to the same extent baki characters are at, he just wouldn't look exactly like the baki artstyle.

what physical characteristics are you even referring to? they're comparable to real life humans in terms of physiology unless stated otherwise.

I specifically mentioned their physical features and how their PHYSICAL FEATURES would get them noticed and as such they wouldn't be able to sneak into the country and start casually walking the streets

Look at most of the hunters/huntresses in ruby. I understand you think that they look normal but they dont when compared with normal people in real life. Their limbs are longer than normal peoples despite being the same heights as normal people, their bodys are wider, they have bigger eyes, crazy hair colors or hair longer than normal, different kinds of head shapes than normal. You can claim "oh thats just the artstyle" but if your transfer them to real life and their physical features suddenly morph to fit into whatever universe they entered then thats not really those characters that just OC's cosplaying as those characters.
