Tablos said this. Several quotes (which I posted) contradict this being enough for even a fraction of a fraction of an Entity to not be able to deal with.

He says this like it doesn't make Saint tier fighters even more impressive, since someone who can react to relativistic-light speed stuff, i.e. Misaka (Mugino, her relative peer, swats an electromagnetic signal out of the air, Misaka's lightning is called light speed on several occasions, Academy City lasers are actually light speed and are reacted to by Vento iirc, a random Esper in Astral Buddy uses light from a flashlight as an attack, etc) needs an extra boost to keep up with them.

That's not how we scale shit or how any of that works. Do you have any proof Scion can throw around Continental level energy blasts? If you don't, then shut the fuck up about it. It being a fraction of a fraction doesn't mean shit without proof.

From what I can tell online, her AAA is stated to be Mach 6, as seen here, and is also stated to go at Mach 2.5 in its surface targeting mode, as seen here. She needed her water wings to surpass a Mixcoatl in speed, which are stated to move faster than Mach 2 and go about as fast as a modern day fighter jet. So speed when moving around seemingly isn't that crazy. As for her reflexes and reaction times, the fastest you could reasonably scale them to is triple to quadrauple digit Mach speeds due to her Lightning scaling.

Considering Quirkless Complete Shigaraki is stated to be as fast as Prime All Might, he should scale to stuff like Faux 100%, which is fast enough to far outspeed Lady Nagant's full speed bullets, which are much faster than normal sniper rifle bullets (which are already faster than sound) and can do stuff like travel 100s of kilometers in a second or less. You also have Deku stating that if he could Faux 100%, he could travel 100s of kilometers from the island he accidentally got sent to by Toga to the UA Fortress in a very small timeframe, with different translations saying he could get there immediately or in an instant (the french translation apparently outright says he could get there in 3 seconds).

So in other words, miles slower than the likes of Saints Misaka comfortably keeps up with or even Unrestricted Junko for that matter

So I think Bakugou 100% has the speed needed to deal with Misaka's own speed.
