The Fate wiki should be taken with a grain of salt because oftentimes things on there aren't sourced. If it doesn't have a number next to the claim with a valid link, it's fair game to call it into doubt.
If you're talking about when I linked playthroughs of FGO for the Tesla v Misaka thread, I listed the times the feats actually happened and gave the video in case someone wanted context.
That's what it comes down to, context. If someone says "this person does X" I want to be able to look at the source and see it myself. "Credibility" is not a factor because how things are interpreted can vary wildly depending on the perspective of the reader.
It's kinda funny he goes in and insults me for... actually following the rules of this forum because it's "30 minutes of videos"(when I also tend to timestamp) and bring in actual claims from the wiki(because I'm not stupid enough to go after sourceless shit) because it's common sense being in this hobby for awhile, bringing in actual context is far more important than just bringing in contextless feats.
Which has been an issue whenever it came to To Aru feats whether in SB, FV or OLF. It's like he ignores why I do "screenshots, videos and text" in the first place.
EDIT: Like I literally just did it with Naruto in further arguing for what Jirobou did to Chouji to show how strong Tsunade is by leaps and bounds. I didn't just use the manga pages that was there, I also brought in video of the anime which makes it just as clear.

Unrelated did you know stealth type skills in overlord can make you passively appear as rock on the side of the road
That said, it should be possible for an Aura-level ranger. High-level rangers had the ability to stay hidden even if there was no cover. If the level difference between them was large enough, it was possible for the observer to not notice anything out of place even if they met eyes with the ranger.
