You are being pedantic because again, Summons create their own dimensions and KoTR explicitly brings you into theirs and then destroy it, why do they need to affect a different space to get the same billing?
You aren't making any sense.
It's the same thing as denying this:

As ridiculous as it is because when you defeat the monster, the space gets overlaid back to what it once was and thus, it's "meaningless".
That's what happens when you use the Multiversal Concept of The Void...
Though Cloud of Darkness uses it as well but considering her game was far earlier than ExDeath's, her usage(Through Xande) only gets the same through material outside of the game and the DS version).
Yes, by the walls of the phases being likened to glass... which you are unironically using to pretend that KOTR is somehow BFR tech that does damage because you can get hurt by "the tears in space" despite there being zero proof in that.
Again unironically, Othinus' feat hits that marker far more than KoTR ever did.
Because FF7 Rebirth now made Planet Earth and the Lifestream as broken and as stupid as Nasuverse Earth, including being able to delete entire timelines and has control of the Solar System.
Meaning that as far as we take it, Sephiroth and Cloud from the Remake Trilogy would actually be pretty freaking close to the XI-XIV-Dissidia levels than anything else.

It’s not just him using the Void, when he claimed he was going to delete all dimensions out of existence (including himself) that’s how you know shit just got real
The fight is treated as high stakes, which is how final bosses should be

Yeah, that was still him using The Void in that battle even before he got tossed in The Void entirely.
It was after that, he became insanely unstable in every which way and just wanted to destroy everything.
Mind you we are already giga lowballing most of this stuff here.
Omega stated it didn't just recreate combatants but also all the data local to the combatants residents.
Meaning it did in fact recreate the Void of V. Implying that the V Void fits inside the IR, the IR who fits inside the Aetherial Rift, the Aetherial Rift inside the Source/Great Expanse. Nobody ever brings it up however.

Make that Pallas Athena destroying and recreating the Great Expanse.
Villain wise she is probably at the nigh top, if Themis counts you could make an argument for him too. Nobody ever fought him at his prime and he was considered a prodigy even among a race of highly advanced reality warpers.
