It's not really blind - I'd expect more from Kagura/Miraculum in general if she were town even with her being busy, and I have reasons to town read most active players. It's just PoE'ing out the slot actually.

In the games enemies don't have a stress meter, they aren't affected by stress and heroes cannot deal stress to them. I don't *think* there are any heroes who can cause stress to each other, just remove. Or in flagellants case, transfer to himself.

@CraigPelton do scum roles get buffs for being stressed? maybe rugrat farming stress by being under the host in posts

Scum are the monsters and they dont get stressed in game.
