Surely she would have mentioned that part in her clarification instead of just noting it doesn't work.

it being one shot is questionable..now its not even refillable by CP. can be why its scum

Blocking kills at least has some utility. A redirect that just fails is pretty useless.

Sure I'm going to regret posting this vote because he seems to fly off the handle whenever pushed this game but it seems like the best angle, LAL and all that considering no real sign of another VT

It's ok, your vote is important and my flip will hopefully provide clarity for the rest of the game.

If it's not 1:1 then the point remains that the role is nigh on useless.

Yes yes it could be to deter setup spec, very fun, but the point remains that it's useless in its utility, and far more likely to be harmful than not.
