So that would make this smaller city, that extends itself clear to the horizon, worth finding a size for respective to the fact Central City is larger.

I just need a height of eye for the horizon.

Neat. Not much else to possibly discuss this arc sans maybe Yajirobe dancing around Cymbol's lightning ki attack? That's not much though and not worth pursuing.

Will say, would be pretty ridiculous to suggest the weakened attack is weaker than the casual hand wave he used to intimidate the King of the World. That was well before being convinced to power up to full power.
